WHY A SUBSCRIPTION?

What if you bought a bike and wanted to upgrade your wheels? How would you determine which set is best for you? Imagine training for a Grand Fondo with many climbs and needing a lightweight wheelset for that event—or perhaps you’re preparing for a Gravel race and want the optimal wheels for that challenge. With our wide range of wheelsets, you can select the perfect pair for each event throughout the year. Plus, you’ll always be riding on a new set of wheels (and maybe even new tires), so you can be confident that your equipment won’t hold you back.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you choose one of the wheelsets from our product line (either Pro level wheels or Privateer level wheels), you’re charged for a 1-year subscription to that wheel line. Here’s how it works:

• Receive & Ride:
  When your initial wheelset arrives, enjoy riding your wheels for as long or as short of a time period as you want.
  

• Unlimited Exchanges:
  At any time, you can email us to exchange your current wheels for another wheelset within your subscribed product line—no explanations needed.

• 60-Day Return Window:
  After receiving your exchange wheelset, you will have up to 60 days to return one of the two wheelsets. If we do not receive one of the two wheelsets within the 60 day window, we will charge you the purchase price for one of the wheelsets.

• Cancellation:
  You can cancel your subscription at any time. Even after canceling, you can continue to exchange wheels until your subscription expires. Once your subscription period ends, you keep the wheelset you currently have. Your subscription will auto-renew annually on your original sign-up date.
